TechPoint Cloud Getting Started Guide (Free Version)

STEP BY STEP

1. Go to the TechPoint Cloud Website

Open your browser and visit the official program website: https://techpointcloud.tech/instructions/.

2. Click “Create an Account”

You’ll find the button in the top menu.

3. Fill Out the Registration Form

Provide the required information:

  • First name

  • Company or University

  • Country where the Company/University is located

  • Email address (required – the activation link will be sent to this address)

  • Phone number (optional)

4. Submit the Form and Accept the Required Agreements

Before submitting:

  • Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of UsE
  • Click “Submit Registration”

5. Application Review

Each submission is reviewed individually. TechPoint Cloud is intended for companies and universities only.

6. Check Your Email for the Login Link

After successful verification, you’ll receive an email with a login link. If you don’t see it – check your SPAM folder.
 If you have problems registering or don’t receive an email, contact us directly:

7. Click the Login Link

Your account will be activated. Once you log in successfully (according to the instructions received), you’ll be redirected to the user panel.

8. Instructional Video

If you would like to watch the instructional video to get started, please send us an email at info@techpointcloud.pl – we will provide you with the link.

Additional TechPoint Cloud Information

  • For clarity and accurate processing, each submitted support ticket should correspond to one specific toolset only!
  • The more details you include in your support ticket, the easier it will be for us to verify your case and provide effective technical assistance You do not need to submit photos of all items in the set (applies to punches, dies, or segments).
  • For example, 5 photos are enough:
    – 2 photos showing damage
    – 3 undamaged photos (in the same positioning like damage tools)
  • All photos must be of tools from the same set.
  • If the set includes tools in good condition – please include their photos for comparison (same positioning).
  • If all items are damaged in the same way, just describe it in the registration form.
  • The size of a single photo should not exceed 10 MB.

We’re launching on September 15, 2025. We’ll be accepting user registrations from that date.
